Account query
A lender has reported that the consumer has queried the accuracy of the information held about their account.
When a client or creditor has a question or discrepancy about a client's account, this can either be with the creditor or the 3rd party acting on the client's behalf (debt management companies being the most common). Can also be referred to as a query, creditor query or client query.
