Consumer Credit Licence
Issued by the Office of Fair Trading (OFT), these licences are for companies who operate in the consumer credit industry. They are issued under the Consumer Credit Act as part of the rules for granting and enforcement of credit and also to protect people who buy goods/services on credit.
